Prateek, When one with bowlegs stands his toes touch but knees do not. While the one with knock knees stands his knees touch but ankles don’t.
A weak HIP ADDUCTOR MUSCLE is the reason why people have knock knees or bow legs. So you only need to strengthen and work on that muscle. you can Google Exercises to strengthen adductor Muscle or wait until I’m going to make a video of Exercises for both knock knees and Bowlegs very soon.
