How do we ship our order?
Apart from some heavy items such as treadmills, dumbbells, etc we ship all our items by air. We deliver our orders with our courier partners such as Bluedart. For a few remote locations where no courier is available we use Indian post to deliver our products.
Time taken to deliver the product(s)
It would take around 7-10 days to deliver products. It might take longer to deliver products to very remote locations.
Tracking your order
As soon as we ship your order, you would receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You could also access the information from “My Account” section on our b2zone.in. Online tracking usually goes live after 24 hrs of dispatch of products.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
The duration in which an order is dispatched depends upon the type of product you have ordered. The types of orders are:
In-stock items- These are the items that we have in our stock. These items are dispatched the same or next day of order of placement.
Just-In-Time (JIT) items- These items are procured from vendors after you place an order. It takes 2-7 business days to dispatch JIT orders after you have placed an order.
Drop-Ship items- These items are directly shipped by vendors to you. It takes 2-5 business days to dispatch these orders.
We try to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. In case you have placed a mix of all three types of order, we sub-divide your order and dispatch it in parts.

Shipping Charges on b2zone.in?
We charge a minimum of Rs. 100 on all the order. However, the charges might increase as per the quantity and number of items you have ordered.
