How to pay for purchasing at b2zone.in?
There are no hidden charges that you have to pay while making purchase at b2zone.in.
You may use Credit card/Debit card, internet banking for placing the orders. We also provide Cash on Delivery to make purchase (Initially COD is available only within the state of RAJASTHAN)
Are there any hidden charges?
You would be charged with zero hidden charges while making any purchase at b2zone.in. The prices listed are all-inclusive and final. The price listed on the product page is exactly the amount you pay.
You would be charged with delivery charges depending upon the quantity and size of your order. Minimum amount of Rs.100 would be charged as delivery charges.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Due to some technical issues with our shipping provider, we have disabled COD.
How to pay using a credit/debit card?
Credit card
We accept payments from visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you need to have your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number. After entering these details you will be directed to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password or OTP (One Time Password) to complete the payment.
Debit Cards
We accept payments made using visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit card.
To pay using debit card you will need the card number, expiry date, CVV number. You will then be directed to bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password or OTP (One Time Password) to complete the payment.
How to place COD order?
All the items that have “Cash On delivery” icon are available for COD order.
You need to add the item to the cart and proceed for checkout. When asked for payment, select the “Pay by Cash on Delivery” option. Now, you need to enter the details of the person who will receive the COD order.
Once verified, we will process the shipment in the specified time. You will have to make cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of the product to complete your order.
Terms & Condition:
The maximum order value for COD is 10,000.
Rs. 30 COD charges will be applicable for order below Rs. 500.
Payment Failure/Money deducted but order was not successful
First of all you need not to panic at all as the money would be credited back to your account. Please check you bank/credit card/debit card to ensure of the money has been debited from your account. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, the amount will be rolled back in your account by banks within 7 business days. The time taken to make the refund may vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. You can check with your bank for further details.
If you bank informs you otherwise, please let us know. If the money has been credited in our account, we would initiate the refund within 3 working days of your request. The receipt of refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you while placing the order. The expected timelines is as below

Reward Policies
We at b2zone provide our customers with b2zone credits as a part of marketing strategy. Below mentioned are the terms and conditions regarding the rewards policy.
1. Social Media Share
Each time a person shares or publishes our website on social media we provide our customers with b2zone cash credit. Each person will be entitled to cash credit of Rs. 5 for sharing/publishing b2zone on one social website no matter how many times he/she publishes it.
2. Registration
For each new registration, members are provided with Rs. 100 b2zone cash credits, which can be used at the time of making purchases at the B2zone.in
3. Review
The members are also eligible to write reviews of the products and our website. For each review Rs.5 B2zone cash credit will be provided.
4. Purchase
For every purchase made each member will be provided with Rs. 50 b2zone cash credits within 15 days of completion of the purchase.
Note: All the decision regarding the cash credits will be solely taken by B2zone.in. It is up to B2zone.in whether to provide or not provide the credits. Only after the complete verification by the B2zone.in cash credits would be credited in the accounts of its members. Only genuine reviews written by the actual customers who have made the purchase would be considered for cash credits. B2zone may at its sole discretion modify, extend, update or withdraw the reward policies without prior notice to the Users. In such events, the revisions, as the case may be, will be updated on the website accordingly.
