#1 Lemon Water:

Boil one glass of water . Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to it. Let it become lukewarm and then consume the same.

#2 Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Water:

There are two methods of making  this.

  1. Overnight Drenching: Take 1 glass of water and add 1 tablespoon of Cumin seeds to it. Keep this aside for overnight. Next morning, strain the water and boil it till it becomes lukewarm. Now you can drink it and if needed, you can add a teaspoon of honey.
  2. Second method is, if you forget to drench the seeds at night, you can boil the same amount of seeds and water. And then strain and can drink it after it becomes lukewarm.

#3 Fennel Seeds (Saunf) Water:

As you prepared Cumin seeds water, you can make Fennel seeds water the same way.Its just, fennel seeds water can be consumed directly and need not be boiled. If you forgot to soak the seeds overnight, you can add fennel seeds to water and then boil it. Consume instantly as it gets lukewarm. You can consume the leftover Fennel seeds at any time of noon further.

#4 Cinnamon (Dalchini) and Honey Water:

To 1 glass of water add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Boil this water. Let it become lukewarm and then add 1 teaspoon of honey to it and consume it.

#5: Indian Gooseberry (Amla) Juice:

Having Amla juice empty stomach early in the morning is considered as ideal drink one can have. However, 5-10ml of amla juice per day is suggested. This can be consumed in equal ratios of amla juice and water.
